Lovely Hotel
This is an elegant, beautifully designed and well situated hotel. And overall our three night experience there was very good. The desk staff (Nasoat Gehazhavi and the other gentleman) were super friendly, helpful and very professional as was the porter. Mallory, who waited on us in the atrium cafe, was wonderful. We had two king size connecting rooms which were quiet and well supplied.

The hotel was fine.
Too expensive for words. Double what I thought it would cost.
Nice clean rooms. Horrible food portions. No dining or room service after 830. Exercise room in closed quarters with indoor poor reeking of chlorine. Had to pay for internet.

Staff was ready for us upon our arrival. Being an Omni Select customer helped. Our check in process took about 2 minutes and we were off to our rooms. Other than being beside a stairwell door that was frequently used, we had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. HVAC worked flawlessly. Hot water took less than a minute for use. Free parking at the hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Ride share was never more than 5 minutes away.

Very beautiful hotel. The only negative feedback I have is that the room isn't very soundproof. I could hear housekeeping knocking and closing every door they entered. I could also hear music from the lobby in my room. Both of which woke me up. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
