Excellent two day stay.
Everything was great .. and clean. Sleeping was perfect .. great mattress!! Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again. Staying at Microtel was soooo much easier to book and more comfortable than our experiences with Holiday Inn Express.
Poor customer service at corporate!
We had our reserved night wrong, we tried by phone, text, to call and have it changed. Could not reach either way and we tried for two days. No contact from either way. this was not the Inn's fault it was your customer service fault. We would like to have our money for reservation returned to us.

It's basic but clean. The bed was ok but not that comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again if I was planning ahead, but it would do in a pinch.

It was a good stay-comfy beds. Breakfast had no protein which was a bummer. Also pictures showed a really nice weight room that does not exist-that needs to be amended please.
