Maintenance needed, but front desk service was good.
Dirty vents around the pool area and the spa was not working which was disappointing on such a cold evening. There were ants on the bathroom floor of our room as well.

The hot tub was room temperature and dirty. The pull out sofa was not sleepable. I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a better choice.

Terrible service . Rude workers . Hot tub looked like it had gray sludge in it . Pool was so cold my sons were blue after 10 min . And some of the ceiling that looks like it could fall in the pool at any minute .

Our room smelled of must, and was dirty. We found popcorn on the bed and crumbs on the floor. Only coffee packets in your room. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very questionable. If it was anything it was at best a place to lay your head. We will NOT be staying here again.
