EVERYTHING WAS OK

Great staff, clean room, smooth stay overall, highly recommended.

The worst hotel experience ever!

The staff are some of the most helpful and sweetest people ever, absolutely adore each and every stay

We checked in late the system was done which was understandable we rented two rooms we was on the first floor the rooms were both pretty nasty. One of them was so bad that we had to request to move rooms my 3 year old and myself left with little red bites all over us it was a pet friendly hotel so hopefully it was fleas and not something else the breakfast was awful you had bread and cereal with a waffle maker both rooms smelled awful the tvs didn’t work which could have been from there systems being down I’m guessing the internet was what was down. All around it was a bad experience we come through the area and stay 4 times a year at least and I can promise you I will not be back here Ever. Awful experience all around

Elevator not working but good stay

Room was a little smaller than expected, but overall everything was good

There was not really any kind of breakfast selection. The elevator was out of order so we had to use the stairs, granted its only the 3rd floor but the hallway was very stuffy and hot, checking out was a pain to make trips down the stairs with everything we had. When we came back to the hotel at 4am after the race I asked for towels, the clerk wanted me to grab my other towels and bring them down after my surprised look she said nevermind (I don't normally mind but it was 4am I wanted a shower and to go to bed because we had to check out by 11) The room was decent and the bed was comfortable.

AC needs a to be set low (68) to achieve comfy temperature.

Great Staff, location, cleanliness, all around great stay.
