Clean Comfy newly remodeled

The hotel was under construction, it was a mess.

Took a while to check in but the guest in front of me had a major issue… Both the guest and the attendant on duty explained what the problem was so like a normal human and I gave them time to work it out. Some minor oversights on cleanliness in the room which were addressed immediately as soon as they were brought up and there was construction going on but nothing that prevented from us wanting to stay. No issues with the workers the woman that works there the young lady that checked us in… was exceptional. Awesome customer service and communication. The guy that work the desk at night was unnattentive… and I got the feeling that he did not want to be bothered. Overall it was a quiet stay modern room at the end of a dead end close to a gas station no food around but close enough to the casino downtown Montgomery and dog friendly … majority of the issues that I had were from other guests.I would stay there again

The good: I was impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness of the location. There were plenty of fresh towels, clean linens, and an excellent a/c unit. I also really liked the bench near the window. We were in a double queen. The lobby is currently being renovated, so that was a bummer, but it looks like it'll be lovely when done. I also appreciated the amount of grassy area they had, it made it easy to potty the dogs. This location is convenient to food, stores, and 10 minutes to downtown Montgomery. For improvement: Don't bother trying to save time doing the online check-in, they made me provide everything again anyway. The first thing I noticed in the room, because I washed my hands, was the sink. The nozzle on the sink is way too short and every time I washed my hands, it made a damp mess on the counter. I wasn't a fan of the desk chair. I remote work and that thing was not comfortable at all. The location also requires housekeeping every other day. Not convenient for people who work remote or prefer strangers stay out of their room, so just be aware. Breakfast options were low quality compared to most hotels in the same price range. Finally, and the thing that is a dealbreaker for me returning, the freeway is near this location and the walls are so thin I could hear loud trucks going by all night, even with my white noise machine Overall: I think this is a nice place, sleepless nights really is the only thing that would keep me personally from returning

Spacious, spotless accommodation with comfy beds

Check in was smooth. Front desk personnel were extremely polite. They are currently remodeling but was not an inconvenience. Room was very clean. Loved the pillows and bed was comfortable too. We slept through breakfast so unable to share information.
