Everything was great

This Hotel is a very very last resort for any travelers, it is gross, dirty, we were in the room for 5 minutes and left to find something nicer and cleaner.

The room was not well-cleaned. There was no soap and there were wrappers on the floor. The toilet seat had "something" on it. The pillowcases appeared wrinkled and stained. Has I not been so exhausted from driving, I would have gone to another hotel.

All was great

Checked in and knew I was in trouble when a big chunk of flooring was missing in the elevator. Got into the dark, dingy, just bad room with a 10in tv on the wall, and immediately booked a room at another hotel. Stayed here for all of about 4 mins. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Money wasted. USE CAUTION

Very dirty! Elevator falling apart. Broken light fixtures just hanging in room. Literally I would have rather stayed in my vehicle. Wouldn’t even eat the items that were individually packaged. Sorry but just gross! Don’t book!

Staff was nice. Air conditioning worked well. I didn't eat breakfast but the facility area where you eat was clean. The room & bathroom area can be updated. But served the purpose for rest and good sleep. Overall clean.

It was dirty and no it had water problem no refrigerator in room it was bad experience

Had to ask to change rooms two times. First time was because no remote. They said either change room or program remote myself…so had to pack up and move. Air conditioning was iffy first night but I stuck it out because I felt bad I had to change rooms once already and I was unpacked. Stayed around 75 that night. Second night it went up to 80 and I was sweating. At 11:30 pm I had to pack everything and go downstairs and ask to move again. Desk staff was extremely nice. Hotel needs attention.

Absolutely horrendous stay. The group that I was with had reserved about 3/4 of the hotel for our convention. We all had a horrible stay. On Friday 5/1/26 a water pipe burst and there was no water available at the hotel until Saturday night 5/2/26. Even though there was water, there was no hot water. We had no breakfast in the morning. We couldn't use the bathroom or anything without water. We were forced to go to a nearby convenience store. We were told there were plumbers on the way but we never saw them. The owner offered us 15% off on a future stay and that was it. Corporate has been notified and hopefully they will make it right. I would remove this location from your website and not be associated with them if I was you.
