Clean

Review of Hotel.com as well. The room we requested --- Accessible room with tub shower combo is not available at this facility -- Website is incorrect. We were there three days for a family member's medical issue. Was having surgery an hours drive away. The cleaning staff never came to clean room or change towels. We had to get extra towels due to water going out of shower area into the bathroom. This has happened so many times- this is why we request a tub shower combo. Breakfast not great. Items needed to be refilled and staff person on couch laid back and texting. Another guest stated that coffee was out and she said OK and proceeded to text. My husband left. McDonald's right across the parking lot. Great service there!!

I travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels that I've stayed in. Very dirty. The bed had been made but the sheets had been slept in! The mini fridge would not get cold. The dining area for the free breakfast was dirty. Most of the dining chairs were turned upside down on the tables with an hour left in the serving timeframe. Bagels were hard and stale. I could go on...

One queen bed room was too small. If someone was sitting in the only chair(desk chair) you could not get around in the room.

Sheets were not clean, bathroom door had a hole in it, breakfast was cold eggs and bad coffee.

The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator was broken causing me to cary my heavy luggage up 3 floors. The noise from the semi trucks and other rooms kept me up all night. The staff were nice people.

The price was pretty good but the facility was generally in need of repair.
