Liked the hotel but breakfast needs a lot of improvement. We were down at 8:00 and everything was gone. No pancakes, no coffee cups, no juice only one bagel and apples.

Do not book this hotel. It’s a DUMP! The elevators were broken, we had to walk the steps and one of our party was handicapped. I sat on the bottom of a bed and it broke, I fell on the floor and got hurt. I am recovering from surgery. The replacement room smelled was on the top floor, window open , ac on. Multiple people are front desk complaining about their rooms. Ac broken making loud noises. Staff very incompetent and unhelpful. Dm was suppose to call me and didn’t. I am starting a law suit

Outside the property looks great. When we arrived there was a urine smell on the first floor. There was a paper sign taped to the elevator that said out of order. We stayed 3 nights and the elevator was never repaired. Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn’t get hot enough and the pancake maker was broken. I assume it was the owner just said “broken” and walked away. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. This would be fine for a one night stay but would not recommend for a longer.

The property seemed a bit old but generally met our needs. Our first room had a very loud air conditioner that rattled. We immediately called the front desk and they changed our room right away- the staff member was very nice and accommodating. Our soap container fell off the wall and there were no extra blankets in the room (we could have called for them but were tired and just wanted to sleep). If you need a reasonably priced place to rest your head, this is it, but keep your expectation to a minimum.

The elevators were not working. The room keys kept getting deactivated after every use. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. Someone kept an eye to make sure to refill items as needed.
