Our experience was pleasant.
The receptionist was professional while dealing with new arrivals, customers questions (re: tv), phone, (last minute shuttle service), computer issues (slow) and radio housekeeping staff for room service. She Definitely has great multitasking skills.
Our 1st room was not to our expectations, and she quickly made changes while maintaining calm.
Am breakfast staff was just as efficient and professional.
i will recommend and stay here again.

Disappointed with pick up from airport. Driver was in a different hotel van and the dispatch did not tell us that. the drive sat there for five minutes in front of us and we were the onlyu people there. He never openned the window and asked if we were waiting for a pick up. This was at 12:30 am. We had to call twice to get him to acknowledge us. Then when I questioned his actions, he asked if we really wanted a ride to the hotel. That kind of tone was unacceptable.

Dislike the hold on credit card. $250 is a little much.
