The staff were very helpful and friendly. Appreciated hot tea and coffee always available in lobby, laundry facilities on my floor, and the beautiful Christmas decorations. It seemed quite homey.

The person at the reception was great. Very friendly.
The HVAC unit was a bit loud and the room was very, very dry. Had to get up multiple times during the night to drink water because of the dryness. The bathroom was clean, yet showed some age. Otherwise, a good place to stay.
