Lady at check-in was obnoxious.
When told that I checked in online, instead of asking my name, she condescendingly stated that how should she know my name and mumbled some other stuff about someone else checked in online and it was a woman so obviously I must be the male one.i think she was just annoyed that I disturbed her knitting.

We are here in New York for a funeral which is stressful so it was nice to have an easy check in and a good nights sleep at this hotel. We are happy we picked it.
