One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at! Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast was superior to any hotel I've stayed at! Highly recommend!

Clean and friendly.

Our stay at the Wyndham was great. It was Shauna who made our stay feel like we were at home. While we were tending to a stressful situation, she offered to tailor a driving route for us that met our too chicken for fast and high interstates through Colorado. We followed her map and it made our whole roadtrip so much better! Also, the guest washing machine was down, so she offered to do our laundry for us. She even brought the load to our room and it was folded and the delicates were kept apart to hang dry, “the way her mother had taught her.” We loved her attentiveness and generosity. Thank you Shauna 😊.

The hotel was clean, with beautiful views of the lake in Georgetown

The staff especially stood out, super friendly and helpful. When my friend I was going to hike with arrived before breakfast was being served, they welcomed her and gave her coffee while she waited for me to come down from my room. Easy parking and nice views of the lake there.

I booked this hotel over others or an Airbnb for several reasons - breakfast provided, AC, and the cleaning service. The breakfast was very lacking, minimal options. The AC was not working - it was consistently 75 degrees in our room despite the AC turned on blowing air constantly. Our hotel door room did not lock/the card reader did not work so anyone could walk in if the deadbolt was not turned. I brought it up to staff and she suggested I shut the door harder - that was not the issue. It was ongoing for days. There was a sign that said if you wanted new towels to put your dirty ones on the floor - so I did. We left for the day and came back late - the towel were still on the floor with no new ones. The trash hadn’t been taken and the beds weren’t made. Overall, I wish I had chose a different hotel.
