Family and Pet Friendly Hotel
This facility is very clean, quiet and comfortable, has a modest breakfast, secure outside doors with all rooms facing in and great customer service. I was happy that when asked where truck parking was (as this is within sight of Interstate 40), the desk concierge let me park my car and small camper across four spaces on the side closest to my room. I found every staff member to be accommodating and polite.

Room had a smell to it, pillows were stained and smelled like they weren’t replaced. Long hair in between the sheets and on the floor. Stains on the two top sheets, bathtub was stained and yellow, shower curtain were with scum, hair all over bathroom floor, bath towels had stains and were very rough like they’ve been used for years. Tv remote was sticky and dirty.

Good hotel for the price, we were looking just to rest to continue traveling, was very quiet and slept comfortably.
Continental breakfast was not “rare to find in the area” but looked OK even we did not eat there.
Only downside is that the bathtub could be cleaner, I wouldn’t bath my children on it, shower is good.
I would stay again for the same price, if price goes up I would look for other options.

She patiently listened to me ramble after a long day of travel and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The staff was very accomadating for my child who was unable to go up stairs. the front, dinning area, and our room was very clean. The only issue we encountered was when attempting to showed, the shower flooded and made a mess in the bath room. We reported this to the front staff and they informed us they would take care of it. Overall, fantastic hotel.
