Very Helpful
Wonderful place to stay.
We were able to check in early and the desk staff made us feel like family. So welcoming and so professional. We will definitely stay again and breakfast was such a nice surprise!
Recent Stay
We stay at this hotel regularly. This recent stay was a was less than satisfactory. Once we arrived at the hotel (after a long day of flying), we were told that the elevator is not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. They stated they did not have my phone number, but when I verified it with the front desk, that is the number they had on file. Once we made our way up the the 3rd floor, the smell of marijuana was over powering in the hallways. We had to open our window in the room to try to get some fresh air. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Both seemed like sleeping on cement. I have a back fusion and sleeping on a hard bed like that mattress was very uncomfortable.
Unacceptable, worst lodging experience for the money.
My husband made the reservation online looking for the bed size. Having no idea hotels still have smoking allowed. He had no idea you had smoking rooms because I have asthma. The elevator was broken, we had to climb three flights of stairs. The smoke smell was so bad I could hardly breathe. I called the front desk to ask if smoking was allowed, she said yes on the third floor and our had smoking. It was 304 and the smell was so bad. I asked to move but the hotel was full and no refund was available for us to move on. She was very nice and offered to put an ionizer machine in the room remove the smell, we had to leave to make this happen, she also had to open the window. This was better but the walls were so thin I could hear someone next door coughing all night. There was a light fixture above the bed covered with a grid that was so dirty. The bathtub looked so dirty on the bottom that I wouldn’t even use it. The toilet almost over flowed. It was an unexceptionable experience. I think your hotel needs an upgrade or demolition. Worst lodging experience for the money, should have been half the price.
Wonderful Stay!
Clean rooms, polite people at the desk, and the person who cleaned our room. Will visit again.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years and the facility has not kept up with the interior of the rooms. We are going to stay somewhere else in the future.

Breakfast menu was limited. Bathroom walls need wiping down, floor needs vacuumed better. Staff were pleasant.

The stay was great. Very friendly staff and easy check-in process. The room was spacious and the handicap accessible bathroom offered a large shower space and bench. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the highway.

The room and conditions are outdated but the staff are great. Breakfast is very basic not a lot to expect.

Everything about the establishment was superb, a A#1!!! I did leave something in the dresser under the TV, in the top drawer, in the right back corner. It was a tube of testosterone cream. If there was a way to get that back, it would be appreciated!!! This was in room 105. Thank you for a great e week!!!😎 Michael S Beasley
