The hotel was really clean and a fantastic value! Andre, Maya, and Tara were all very helpful and kind. It was a great end to a difficult day. The room was also quiet, so I got a good night's sleep.

Staff was great to work with. Hotel was clean. I do feel charging $35.00 a day per dog is too much considering nothing is charged for kids. I was told they shampoo the carpet after a pet stay so this is the reason for the charge. Not sure if I believe that. There should be a reasonable flat rate or damage deposit for this instead. This is the first time i was traveling with my dog, so I was surprised with this charge. I will look at other hotels in the future if I am traveling with my pet.
