A handycap room should have a walk in shower and no tub to lift your legs up and over to get into the shower.

My business trip got cut a day short but the hotel owner refused to credit the night I didn’t stay. “What a cheap skate, and thief”.
Also the room wasn’t cleaned after my first night, and the hair dryer in the bathroom was broken. He said he would replace it, but didn’t. No ice bucket either.
And the free breakfast was stale biscuits and gravy.

The staff was rude. They were having a computer problem and insisted that I was giving them a bad credit card. Then proceeded to charge me for the room twice. When I requested a refund the next day over the telephone they charged my card again. I didn’t need to spend my vacation time on the phone resolving this issue.

Queen room without a suite. Very small space. Queen bed looked like a full-size.

Was not impressed with this hotel. I can’t remember the last time I got a room that did not have a refrigerator. This hotel needs some updating. The door going to the bathroom did not latch when closed. The TV location was very high for how small it was. When we first arrived into our room, we turned on the light switch as the curtains were drawn and the room was very dark. The light flickered several times but did not come on until we walked into the room and turned on a different light. There were no napkins in the kitchen area. We had to use paper towels from the sink area instead.
