Excellent Service
GREAT COUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PROVIDED TO MY DISABLED DAUGHTER.
Front desk
Just wanted to say it's the second time I've dealt with Armani at the front desk. Always a pleasure above and beyond.
Staff is friendly and helpful
The room was okay but needed a little refurbishing. Breakfast choices were about the same as the last time we stayed. All staff members were very helpful and friendly.
Pleasant Stay
Pleasant staff, clean and inviting room. I will recommend this to friends and family.

The bathroom was a wreck. You needed brute force to flush the toilet. After it flushed you had to lift the cover of the tank to reattach the water line, otherwise it ran continuously. The drain in the sink didn’t work so you had to lift it manually, Ive stayed there several times and each year the place has declined a little more. The front desk staff were conspicuous by their absence. I won’t return.

Arrived and was given the key card to a used room with dirty towel still on the unmade bed. After clerk came up to verify my claim she unlocked the next room. Gave it a quick glance and walked out saying she would return with key cards. She never did. Room smelled musty and humid and air conditioner barely BARELY worked!! Each time, including when we arrived, we had to wait at the front desk for someone to show up and assist us. It was always unmanned. Since it was late we just slept and left in the morning.

Got this room for our friends visiting from the south. Not what we thought. Other reviews stated how clean and great the rooms were. Not true. The property needs to be cleaned and updated.
