The girl at night at the front desk was very rude to us and not helpful when we were trying to check out early due to my company moving my job location. I purchased insurance on the trip just incase and I asked her to call the manager which she didn’t want to at all then she did finally and magically they were able to let us check out early.

The first room had something very sticky all over the bathroom floor. The second room wasn't sticky, but both rooms were very poorly cleaned. Neither room came with soap for hand washing. The breakfast was pretty marginal, but did include fake eggs, super thin bacon, and a few bread options. Overall, I'd rate it a C.

the room was dirty, floor was wet everywhere. complained about noise several times and got no resolution. currently fighting with them because i booked a different hotel, and they don't want to refund me. i advise booking early enough to avoid this hotel in Tioga, or just drive from Stanley or Williston.

I loved that it wasn’t hard to be checked in, everything was clean and tidy except for the microwave- there was left over cheese or something on the glass tray. One of the house keepers helped find my phone and brought it out to me so that was very sweet!
