Really Enjoyable Experience
The location was great; people were friendly and fun.
Doesnt care about emergencies.
Made a reservation with this hotel. One of my children had to go to the hospital and I was unable to make it to the hotel in time (had to cancel an entire day’s worth of plans). Contacted the reservation line and tried to give them enough time to book room out for someone else and was told that they do not offer refunds, no exceptions. I will no longer conduct any sort of business with Sheraton Hotels, no exceptions.
