It was disappointing to pay $600 per room for one night and not get the Lake view I had asked for. We were in rooms 315 and317.

The stay was nice. Couple of problems… when we checked in, there were no carts available and once we lugged our bags up to our room, I had to return to lobby to have the staff activate the the card that failed to open my room door. The day of departure, our key card was disabled before we checked out. It was 10:30 and when I mentioned this to the front desk, the fella said, “You do know checkout IS noon?!” I responded with a “Yes, I realize that.” “That’s why we are trying to get back into our room.” So, this isn’t so much about the stay, but rather the staff and their level of professionalism and proficiency.

ONE EV CHARGER IS NOT ENOUGH!
HAVE A TIME LIMIT ON CHARGING, the same car was at the CHARGER FOR TWO DAYS!!!! NOT OK😡😡😡
ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE TWO QUEEN BEDS, had 2 full size 😡😡😡
