Great Location & Even Better Customer Service!
I will say this first, we are an IHG family, almost never staying anywhere fancier than Holiday Inn Express. But our son lives just down the street from The Commander and that convenience overruled the cost of this hotel. From the day we arrived until the morning we left (four night stay) the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff went above to ensure our stay was top notch, working around OUR schedule. We didn't expect that.

A great hotel with a perfect location.
I was visiting my daughter, whose apartment is five minutes away. There is so much sightseeing and great restaurants within easy walking distance or a short subway ride. All of the staff were very accommodating.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms a beautiful. I have stayed there previously, and it has always been very clean and quiet. The restaurant is very good and the staff are excellent.

Front desk was rude took an hour to check in. Room dirty . No soap in bathroom. Hotel is outdated
