The front desk is always helpful. The food and service in the restaurant is good and the rooms are very comfortable.

Resturant and staff amazing, The receptionist and the check in process were awesome. We were comfortable and happy even before we got up to the room.
Bed Bugs
I was attacked by bugs in room 504. I am awaiting feedback from the manager and I would of course like a refund. I had the rashes looked at by a dermatologist and they confirmed with 100% certainty that it was bed bugs.

We were given a room that had pets in it and it smelled.i had dog hair on my bed and it was on the carpet. They did change my room and apologized. They should be more careful during check in and not put people without pets in a room that allows it.
