Overall stay was good.
Always have a great visit to the Sheraton Parsippany
The room is clean and well attended. The water pressure is strong and hot enough. The room fridge is cold enough and the bed is comfortable. Price is reasonable. Will always come back.

A microwave in the room should have been there. I shouldn’t have to walk to the first floor to reheat my food at that price.

Buffet was nice just need to pay ahead to bring in a coupon. Had dinner at the restaurant. The waitress was soo friendly. The bartender made me a Bahama Mama which was great! We had the amuse burgers - one with sweet potato fries and one with regular french fries. Incredible! Loved the sweet potato fries !

The room I stayed in 418 the tv wouldn’t work for regular tv I had tv problems very outdated system outdated. Rooms clean but outdated I will never. Come back also the manager is very rude and unhelpfull I complained about the outdated bathroom and shower and tv and his response was the hotel hasn’t. Been updated in a while ok so why am I paying 200 a night for an outdated room and was very against helping me in any way

We decided to book a staycation for one night over the rainy Memorial Day weekend. Our main hope was to use the pool for our three small children. Unfortunately, the pool was FREEZING. We expressed this concern to 3 different staff members and were shrugged off each time. It was very frustrating.
The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options.
