Beautiful room, great staff, pet friendly accommodations. My husband had appointments at the Cancer Center close by. We live four hours away and decided to bring our aged Miniature Schnauzer. Everyone was kind and helpful. We had all we needed. We will definitely return and we're happy we won’t have to look any further.

the property was clean and in excellent shape, the staff was ever accommodating,and the room was great. My only complaint is there was a parking fee of $25 which I dont remember being mentioned when I booked and paid for the room.

The corner king room was very spacious, larger then an avg hotel room by far.
The bathroom was extremely small, however, the hotel is undergoing renovations so hopefully an updated bathroom is in the plan. Toilet seat was pealing, bathtub had a trickle of hot water, piece of molding missing from bathroom door, and shower gel that ran out after the 1st night.
Pools were closed (outside because of off season and inside due to renovations.)
Excellent staff at check-in. The 3 cleaning staff I approached in my hallway didn't speak english so I wasn't able to ask them for help.
Nice location in uptown Charlotte. Parking was easy but not free.
