Pillows are too fines , bed is ok , no shutter for us and no coffe at until 6:30 needed to go early to the airport, other than that is good

Came in at 4 to check in, the lady at the front desk told us that it STILL wasn't ready, and to come back in 30 minutes. So I leave to go grab some groceries, and not even a full 10 minutes later, she calls me and my room is ready. She also did not know what she was doing, and attempted to say that we had to pay the full amount AGAIN at the desk. Furthermore, our room didn't even have body wash. When I told the front desk, they said that they were all out of body wash. The only semi-decent thing about my stay was that the other guy working the front desk during my check-in was the only competent one.

Great location. Plenty of food places in the area. The staff was really nice. However, I did request the room to be refreshed while I was gone, came back 4 hours later and the room was not. When I called downstairs they did send house keeping up immediately. Bar was suppose to open at 5 they had to call someone to come open it at 5:15. The bartender was really nice and apologetic about it, even offered a small discount,
Outside of those 2 issues the stay was as pleasant.
