I cannot believe that you have not exchanged the toilet with the hight version, for an old lady what you have is too low! and I am not handicapped.

Got phished by booking.com. Room was misrepresented. Noise from am on. Front interior boarded up with plywood. Breakfast room closed. Had to call for robe, toiletries, etc. Booking.com is not reliable.

Nice hotel, seemed very expensive for a room with no water/boat view as advertised. Continental breakfast was subpar and they didn’t offer late checkout which was a bummer.

This hotel has everything to be a gem but it is run down and it can use a good upgrade. Hallways smell like cigarette (not the room) and the floors and rooms could use an upgrade too. The carpets look like they havent been replaced for the past 20 years. Staff SUPER nice and willing to make u feel at home.

This property seems slightly abandoned and not at all to the level of a Sheraton, while the staff present did a great job, it was seriously understaffed. Also their computer system does not integrate with hotels.com reservations so we had issues at check in. Food in the restaurant was very good though and they had a great wine selection m. The atmosphere is definitely lacking though. For 200 bucks though , overall it was with it. Just weird. If you stay you will understand.
