Sheraton at BJCC.
The young man that checked me in was amazing! So nice and kind and polite. My room was nice and clean. Very quite!
I had a pleasant day at the hotel. The service was good.
Only problem I had is just and I don’t know if it could’ve gotten better. I believe it Okay just everything was so spread out hard to find it might’ve been own ignorance, but nevertheless, I made it through by the grace of God.

We had booked a double room, when we got there we got a non renovated room that was not what we were expecting and not worth 270 a night. The beds were hard, it was very outdated, not the cleanest. We asked the front was there anyway they could accommodate us to a renovated room and they did so that was very kind of them.

The hotel is next to a concert venue and they were not prepared for the volume of people checking in before the concert - we waited in a very long line for over an hour to check in. Our reservation was for one king bed, but we were given two double beds. The room could have been cleaner. The beds were not covered well - no bed skirts or anything to cover the bottom of the beds or block the view under the beds. No valet parking was available at check in and due to renovations we were unable to enter the hotel through the normal entrance. We were directed to the parking garage to enter the hotel for check in.
