The folks here took such great care of me—shoutout to the best night manager JOSH who got me back into a locked out room!

Staff is overwhelmed large parties were rude and disruptive for other guests.

The hotel was great. They tolerated a lot of soccer kids running around. We forgot to bring a needed item from home and Trevor was extremely helpful in helping us secure what we needed. He is a wonderful member of your team! Thank you!

Mara at the front desk was an absolute nightmare - from publicly insulting me in front of my extremely young children, calling me a liar because the phone in my room doesn’t work, hanging up on me multiple times while I simply asked for help getting utensils and the missing portions of food we had ordered for room service at (at 12:52 after we had already paid to extend our checkout to 1 PM with no time to even eat at this point). The night staff compared to Mara this morning/afternoon is truly like black-and-white - I’ve never been more disgusted with service in my life - and that is coming from someone who was working the service industry for years. We are at this hotel after escaping an extremely scary domestic violence situation and Mara made this experience so much worse and that much harder. Insulting someone while they are explaining this and crying and hanging up on them throughout that after everything I’ve stated above with the cherry on top and we will never stay here again.

Very nice, we liked it a lot.

Everyone member of staff was very helpful and attentive. The pool and gym were fabulous. A great weekend stay for my family of 4.
