I have used the Hilton Ontario Hotel during the past twenty years during pleasure and business travel in the Inland Empire area. I have enjoyed nothing but excellent service and enjoyment while at the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone ,friends or strangers looking for a quality hotel to stay at.

The front desk associates were helpful and nice. The hotel was huge and very clean. We had a blast in the Jacuzzi and pool. Would go back again for sure.

The hotel was fine however, when I called the front desk for assistance I was told that they didn't have room service because I requested plastic cups and she could not bring me more that three towels. The service works love to tell you "no.".

Pros: staff was very friendly upon arrival. It had been a busy day for them with some airline issues and extra guests trying to get last minute place to stay but you would t know it the way they took care of each guest at registration. Has a Starbucks in the lobby open early and late enough. Nice steakhouse and bar with music and dancing in the lobby. Cons: TV in room didn’t work it took until the second day to get maintenance to switch it out. No shampoo in the bathroom had two shower gels and conditioner. Housekeeping didn’t answer when I called. They charge $17 a day to park a car over night seeing that most people going to a hotel would have a car felt that was an unfair charge with all the other taxes and fees that are already getting added on especially when the parking was adequate to hold many cars.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and everyone was courteous. We will definitely be back.

All around good experience!

We stayed four nights. Housekeeping never cleaned our room. I called to request trash and towels the day before our departure; they never came. I had to call a second time. I sat in the bar and ordered a salad. It took over one 1/2 hours to get it.

The room was very clean and we were very comfortable. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The food in the two restaurants was very good.
