You'll get complete different responses on every single policy from each employee! LOL Continental breakfast is NOT FREE, so don't let them scam you and there is NOT a microwave NIR refrigerator in their king size rooms! Rooms are super clean and top quality towels and bedding is what they have going for them here.

It would be so much better if there were refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. The plug in my bathtub did not work, the carpet had a huge stain right in front of the door, and the room always smelled musty and felt damp. The pool and pool area are nice, tho there weren’t any towels outside. I stayed here for the ease of using the trolley, but would pick a different hotel next time.

We paid over 1400 dollars for two nights were placed on the top floor where all night throughout our stay there was a lot banging noise so loud that my family and I were not able to sleep. Spoke to staff multiple times regarding this and they only gave us a comp for one night parking for 40 dollars. Very displeased and dissatisfied. If you want to waste money on a hotel for no sleep this is definitely your place.

Was told the room would be ready by 11 so i drove from out state to be there early and take my son to see whales. Room wasnt ready until 4 my son had no where to take a real nap and we were basically homeless for the full day.
