Good: Clean, comfortable, very good standard hotel. Reception attendants are super nice, especially Oscar at front desk. Not good: Self parking was expensive, $29, with no other options around. Breakfast buffet was very underwhelming.

Very good staff and service team. Restaurant downstairs had good food.

Very comfortable, open and nice. Parking charge was a little high especially for the neighborhood. Otherwise it was perfect.

I have positive at this facility, we return no next trip.

The pool was out of service but other than that it was clean, nice, and really nice parking

We stayed in room 647. The air conditioning was terribly inconsistent in order to close the blinds drapes it had to slide over the air conditioning intake which would end up blocking airflow so we had to leave it pulled back about 6 in which ended up in the morning bringing in sunlight before we were ready to wake up. Housekeeping was tapping on the door very early in the morning when we had indicated that we were staying for 5 days. I told the front desk that we would like to have our house cleaning, new towels, sheets and coffee replace after 1:00 p.m. everyday. My wife and I get off at about 9:00 in the morning on vacation days and enjoy coffee and getting ready for the day. I told housekeeping three additional times that the room was ready for cleaning and no one ever did we come home to our room that had not been intended to at all. Had to call several times for towels and coffee. One time the coffee maker didn't even work. This was not a convenience for us at all after I make an effort regarding house cleaning.

Shampoo in the room was out. Staff were very helpful and courteous however, severely understaff. The registration desk staff was also in charge of the cafe while the phone was ringing on and on. Although, she did her best - it was simply impossible for her to be at 3 locations at the same time

The hotel was decent with no extra amenities like breakfast. The biggest downer for us was that you have to pay $30.00 for parking each night and there is absolutely no free parking around. That really adds up when you stay for multiple days and we could have stayed in a better hotel with free parking for that additional price if we had known that earlier.

Great hotel just customer service was a bit off
