Reservation gave me wrong date never there.
This is the most frustrating experience. I had s room booked for a event in July. I needed the day before so I called I didn't realize he booked for June. So my card has been charged I was told I would be getting a voucher that has yet to cone. I asked that I get the correct date I asked for. No response they had to escalate to get the room in July. They had my original reservation number, this has been nothing but a nightmare.
No hot water, no water pressure in shower.
Probably will not use this place again, definitely not recommended to others.
Murky Pool
I brought my family here to have a pool side staycation. We received warm delicious cookies as soon as we arrived but the charm stopped there. The water in the pool was so murky we could not see dive sticks. There were guests at the pool smoking on the balcony with the door open and unsupervised children running around. Not once did an employee enter the pool area.

Not awful but it IS under renovation so there is noise and dirt from.construction traffic in and out during the day. Quiet enough at night
