Wyndham Garden Westlake
Our stay at Wyndham from May 4th through May 6th was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable and all was good. Would consider staying there again. We were the for three day as I have appointments with the Cleveland Clinic.
Quick and accommodating
Last minute booking because of the weather in Cleveland. I’m very appreciative that there was a double bed room for my two children and I.

Very poor service, room in disrepair.
No hotel information in the rooms only one towel for three adult guests.
No coffee on our last day, only one towel in a room of three adults, no hotel info in our room telling us what the hotel offered, complimentary breakfast was a joke. No paper towels in the lobby bathroom. So many things were amiss in this hotel. The only positive was our room was nice and cool. For the money we expected better.

Plumbing problems in the tub not draining or the toilet flushing properly. Management gave me a free breakfast but couldn't discount the room because I prepaid. Also no hair dryer in the room so I had to leave with wet hair..

Room was disgusting. Hair in the sink. Floor around the toilet was grimy. A bloody booger was on the wall. We tried calling front desk and was asked to hold. We hung up after 10 minutes. The pool was not open. Overall a poor performance from Wyndham! We stayed in Room 417. Please clean it better for your next victim.

We didn’t eat breakfast or use the hot tub or pool. It is an older property. No charging stations on the lamps or tables so be sure to bring a block for chargers
