Average and disappointing stay.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was clean. The furniture was dated. The bathroom tiles needed to be replaced or repaired. At one point there was a flying bug in the room.

Hotel needs an upgrade.
The hotel was overwhelmed with all the guests they had. They didn't have enough towels to service us. The bathrooms were very rundown. The hotel as a whole needs an upgrade. If I was not there for the tournament I would have stayed at a different hotel. The breakfast was great. The woman servicing the breakfast was fabulous. The front desk was also great especially Jennifer who was very attentive to us and our needs. I just think having as many people there as there were at one time was a lot for the hotel to handle.

The service was amazing. Check in and check out were super friendly. Just nice people. Also, the food at the restaurant was Amazing!!!!! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

The place was nice, and the staff was friendly. There were just a few places in the room that was not cleaned but overall, it was a great stay. Our kids had fun, and it was our first family trip together.
