Canceled flight meant I had to stay in Cincinnati
My flight was canceled around 7 p.m. so I was stranded in Cincinnati. I was frazzled, got a reservation at your hotel and I must say that Robin at the front desk was wonderful. She was sensitive to my situation, listened to me vent a bit and handed me a chocolate chip cookie and toiletries to get me through the night. She helped make a stressful situation less stressful.
Clean Convenient Comfortable
Love staying here when leaving out of Cincinnati Airport. You can park your car, spend the night and fly out. When you come back, they pick up at the same place. As always love the cookies, gluten free too. Thank you for the extra towels we asked for. Always professional people working here.
