I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an on-site EV charging station; however, upon arrival, I was told that the information was outdated and the chargers were not available. The staff offered cookies as a consolation, which did not make up for the inconvenience.
Inside the room, the sofa bed was not prepared despite our prior request, and there was no extra bedding provided. When we went to the front desk to retrieve it ourselves, we found the sofa bed frame to be rusty and the mattress suspiciously stained. Additionally, the towel bar in the shower was covered in rust. I was disappointed by the lack of maintenance and poor communication regarding amenities.
