Restful Night During Long Layover
We stayed here due to a 15 hour layover in our way home from the Dominican Republic. Front desk help was great. Hotel is nice and close to DFW. Good comfortable bed. Courtesy van was helpful and appreciated. Always like the bottle of water and cookies upon arrival.

Sleep
The mattress in my room was so very comfortable. I fell asleep immediately and did not awaken for hours. It was like sleeping on a cloud.

Standard hotel for the expensive price!
Here is a list of the issues No water or AC, understandble but then have bottled water available. Phones did not work what happens in an emergency that is seriuous! Restaurant was closed at 10 pm and we came over from the airport a diet coke is $5 seriously! No hot water for showers in the morning. $250.00 for this? I would suggest a 50% discount because this service is typical of lower priced hotels and not Hilton.

Hotel was OK. Rooms are little outdated and they want to charge for parking. Biggest issue was with the water temp in the shower. It would go from warm to scalding hot. When I would adjust the temp slightly to be cooler, it then became freezing cold. Happened both days I was there. Seems like the boiler is having issues. If you have young kids that could be a real problem. Coffee bar was closed Sunday morning as well which was odd.
