Clean Hotel
Hotel was very clean. The guy did an amazing job all on his own in the restaurant area.
Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Good stay at this property. The staff was very friendly, love the cookies and the bed was comfortable! The bar was not staffed for the event and number of people there, so the bartender seemed stressed out.

The employees were very professional and prompt on the needs that I asked help with for a large meeting I was there for and helping to get set up. The Buffet was good but would have been nice if had some type of dessert. The rooms need to be refreshed up and a better source of hot water.
Good Airport Shuttle
After airport delays we had to stay overnight in Dallas and we were referred to the Doubletree. Check in was a breeze and they have an airport shuttle.
I would recommend.
Excellent van service to and from DFW, pleasant room and dinner.

The property is at a great location and close to the airport. They haf a shuttle which was also great.
The staff were nice.
Only issue was the bathroom sink being clogged. The water pressure for the shower was also poor. They were nice enough to allow us to use a different room at no extra charge but it had the same problems.
We did pay for it in food though becuase a drumstick ice-cream was $6!!!
