Hotel was very clean. The guy did an amazing job all on his own in the restaurant area.

Good stay at this property. The staff was very friendly, love the cookies and the bed was comfortable! The bar was not staffed for the event and number of people there, so the bartender seemed stressed out.

The employees were very professional and prompt on the needs that I asked help with for a large meeting I was there for and helping to get set up. The Buffet was good but would have been nice if had some type of dessert. The rooms need to be refreshed up and a better source of hot water.

The worker who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was the room smelled like smoke. It was also very musty. I also could not get the hot water to work as well. The best I could get was lukewarm.
I are at the bar restaurant for dinner, which was overall pretty good.
I personally will choose to stay at a different hotel next time I fly into Dallas, which is on a monthly basis.

The staff was very nice! Front desk Randy, Jonathan, & Lena were very welcoming and held great conversation. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure of that. They also made sure to supply us with water and cookies any time we asked. My family appreciates you ALL and we will definitely be back.
