Nice people but no bathroom soap!
No bathroom soap anywhere! Asked cleaning people and front desk for bathroom soap; appears nowhere in hotel. Had to haur shampoo to wash hands! No soap in hotel anywhere! You need bathroom soap!

Hit or miss…gone too far!
Accommodations were certainly acceptable. Check in process was sketchy as keys were not functioning properly…3 times back to the desk. Also, $75.00 pet fee for a 12 pound dog per night is a rip off.

my weekend stay at this hotel was great the stuff that worked very friendly from the desk to room service. The hotel is pretty nice and quiet not in a super busy area parking cost about $20 per night, which is cheaper than some other hotels overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The drainage is pretty bad for the shower. Breakfast is good. However, I ordered the ribeye stake from Red Beryl Restaurant and it had too much fat. I threw away nearly half the stake that I ordered.

Convenient location with easy parking garage access. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast - staff at breakfast was so friendly and accommodating! Going way above and beyond each morning for the kids.
Beware that some rooms are pet friendly- we initially were placed in a pet room but they were able to move us. Just a note in case you have allergies like us. Overall a great stay.
