With very short notice our flight was canceled and we had to get a room late in the evening and arrive back at the airport early the next day. The staff made it seamless.
Customer Service was exceptional at every interaction
We were very pleased with our stay the room was awesome, we ate at the restaurant three times and each time it was beyond what we expected. The wait staff at the restaurant were friendly, competent and great at their jobs. Of course the cookies were amazing! Thank you for attention to every detail! See you Friday on our way home. Excellent Service!
Excellent service. Jerry was very helpful in getting us settled and set up for transportation to the airport the next morning. Sherry was great in getting us dinner at 10:45 pm! Thank you both for your caring that late night.
