With very short notice our flight was canceled and we had to get a room late in the evening and arrive back at the airport early the next day. The staff made it seamless.
Customer Service was exceptional at every interaction
We were very pleased with our stay the room was awesome, we ate at the restaurant three times and each time it was beyond what we expected. The wait staff at the restaurant were friendly, competent and great at their jobs. Of course the cookies were amazing! Thank you for attention to every detail! See you Friday on our way home. I would skip this hotel in the future. Purchased
Breakfast that wasn't available until after we left for the airport. Scheduled on a airport shuttle that would have gotten us arriving much too late for our morning flight. Fortunately, I figured it out after our late check-in and was able to reserve an Uber instead. Overall, just not impressed with our room (toilet ran constantly unless you wiggled the handle) and front desk staff was meh
