I love this hotel and have been coming fairly regularly since 2021. I have had many visits to Loma Linda Medical Center and since I live in Big Bear I often have to spend a night or two. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and had all my questions answered.

Overnight Stay
Everything I needed was on the premises. No need to leave the grounds.
Pleasant Stay
The room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed meeting friends in the bar downstairs and the drinks were very well made. Your location is close to my usual place of interest so that’s very convenient. One small complaint would be the heater/air conditioner. It was making a rattling sound and the control panel was unresponsive to change temperatures or even turn off. Otherwise a good stay.

Pros: Nice and elegant hotel. Upon arrival, front desk members were friendly and even offered cookies (thank you). Customer service was amazing. Delicious breakfast buffet and the cafe ladies were amazing. Clean and comfortable place to spend the night, highly recommend!
Cons: Was not informed we needed to use badge for elevator to open door from inside (wifey was panicking), wish breakfast was already included with fee. Felt more like it’s more convenient for people with good cash. Water bottles in room were charged if you opened them (which I get why now)
