We found out when we checked in that the pool was closed for renovations. Throughout our stay we noted room service dishes left in the hallway for hours during the day. The room we stayed in had a strange odor (likely from a previous stay smoking something and getting into the ventilation filters). The shower was hot, but it did not drain well and typically had 3 to 4 inches water in the tub by the time we completed our shower.
We had stayed here before and liked it but the quality has definitely declined. The hotel also started charging $10 for parking. Even though they offer a free shuttle to the airport. I noted no signs on their parking lot stating it was for hotel residence only.
