Good, quiet, nice staff.
Parking is awful and handicap was taken by someone without a handicap placard or license. I reported it but the car was never moved in the two days I was there.parking lot is not easily accessible to the rooms and the room was not very clean.

I stayed 2x on my trip at this property. They "upgraded" me my first night to a family suite. It was clean, but dark. I did not likebhow dark it was because the only window was located in the "kids room". Additionally, there was construction in the morning that the hotel staff claimed they knew nothing about and that it shouldn't be happening, but it definitely was. The 2nd night I stayed, I arrived at 4:30pm. Check in is a ridiculous 4pm. But anyway, I go to check in and Im told my room isn't ready and Incan either wait or have a different room. I say I'll take the other room. So after the front desk girl going back and forth with herself about which room I'll get she finally picks one on the 3rd floor. I get up there and I'm kinda grossed out. Literally all the lamp shades were crooked, which I later discovered was because they weren't actually attached to the lamps. The light switch covers have weird stains on them. The blow dryer had a strange coating on it like the plastic was breaking down from chemicals. It looked and felt like a gross, outdated and dingt room. Overall, the property looked nice outside of the rooms, but once inside.... ewww.

The property seemed old the carpets were very worn and dirty When we checked in and asked about places to eat there had no clue said there was a restaurant in hotel but couldn't even say if it was good Went to take a shower there was 2 of us and only one towel had to call and wait for more The shampoo and conditioner smelt very good and the lotion Had a balcony but couldn't use it as it was on the path way from the parking garage and that is where everyone hung out to smoke weed couldn't even open door it was so bad and strong Pool had a great fire pit Had to ask for cookies and felt like it was an inconvenience to give us some I am disabled and parked in the horribly small tight fit parking garage because the over sized was full And the elevator didn't work was always stuck open on bottom floor told girl at front desk she said ok sorry I asked about the handicap spot outside of gate that had same car in it the whole time we were there along with a U-Haul taking up multiple spaces The employees parked in fire lane in front of our balcony which was on floor level room 111 you looked out and there cars where there on other side of walk way For being a doubletree in an area with tons of hotels and motels surrounding It it is very ran down and very over priced for what you get Would not recommend the kings inn next door was cheaper and cleaner stayed there the next night when we decided to stay

Initially everything went well. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and gave me great instructions so kudos to her, also the reason why I’m giving a 1 star because she earned it. The room was not up to par with double tree standards. I’ve stayed at many over the years and this was by far the worst. In the bathroom, there was a huge hole in the wall hiding behind the painting above the toilet. My daughter noticed it before using the bathroom. When I moved the painting there were some kind of sewage pipes being held together by hose clamps, not sure why that would be there when the joint being used didn’t appear to be malleable. Maintenance came up, saw the hole and had the perfect sized patch for it. Curious as to why it wasn’t patched beforehand if the materials were available? While taking a shower I happened to look up and there was a bulge in the ceiling that appeared to be from a previous leak from above. The ceiling was still soft to the touch and there were specs of mold all around. I didn’t notice initially but my wife saw mold in the caulking around the tub. There’s a random door in the corner of the “kids room” that apparently leads to the roof. While I understand there’s nothing you can do about an access door, I believe it should be labeled and extra locks should be added (pad locks, digital lock with keypad, etc.) it made my wife and I uncomfortable knowing that our kids would be next to a door that led to the roof. Lastly, parking should be mo
