Perfect stay away from home. Quiet room with ease of controlling room temperature. Liked being close to restaurants, drugstores, Whole Foods and a mall.

Nice room, nice service.

Only hotel with a room available after our flight was canceled. Truly overpriced but we had no choice at midnight. Thanks for the warm chocolates cookies!

It was a stressful travel day but the hotel made it much more tolerable. It was a very good visit. Check in process was easy and room was clean. Bartender was friendly.

Very clean room. Excellent customer service as I checked in. I was very pleased with my room. It was great. The restaurant provided great customer service during breakfast.

My daughter and I arrived at the DTH by Hilton right before MN due to flight delay. The shuttle arrived on time, driver was helpful with our carry-on luggages. We checked in, the front counter lady checked us in and verified if we pre-paid for breakfast. I showed her what the reservation made included. Breakfast ended at 10:30am on Friday, we walked in at the cafe just about 40 mins before breakfast ended. To my disappointment, we were turned away because we didn’t have a free breakfast coupons at hand. When asked where to get them, we were told you should’ve gotten it upon check in. By this time, time was ticking and there was a long line at the front counter registration. The staff at the front counter didn’t apologized for the confusions, he just summoned us back to the cafe. The staff at the Cafe were very attentive and nice to us. We were allowed to stay a bit longer after the intended closing time. The overall remaining of our stay was alright. We were mostly out and about. We did have a birthday dinner for my daughter at the revolving restaurant Skydome. Great view and staff service were great! Food is alright nothing fancy. My daughter did pointed out that for a hotel known for their generous and delicious cookies, we sure didn’t received any during the durations of our stay. No cookies offered upon check in or anytime of our stayed. Upon checkout, my daughter asked for cookies and she was given a very hard, staled, and old cookies. To the trash it went.
