The staff and the room were excellent
The room was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Absolutely no complaints.
Kind and Courteous Service
Checked in after midnight. The ladies stationed at the reception desk are wonderful. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and quiet premises. Great stay! Also, the shuttle service to Reagan is a huge bonus.
Good Hotel great experience excellent staff good location
I experienced a wonderful stay at the doubletree Washington DC crystal city, VA. I was in room north 534. The hotel is very clean from what I saw. The housekeeping staff (Joann) was exceptional in keeping the rooms clean, Jordan at the front desk went above and beyond. The Cafe food was good, the salmon was cooked perfect overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you.

Needs renovating had a plumbing issue but staff were very quick to fix the problem staff is very friendly and polite . The sky dome was a nice experience and had a great view.
