My flight leaves at 6am and I needed to be to the airport by 4am, but the shuttle does not begin until 5am! The bed is strange! The dust ruffle does not fit the bed and looks awful. The hall carpets are filthy. The parking area gate was malfunctioning. Not a good presentation.

I had booked a King-Size Bed Room, but the receptionist gave me a double bedroom. They were not happy because I had booked a room through a Third party.
