Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Hotel is very clean and location is great. Walking distance to many Times Square, fifth avenue and many other attractions. Highly recommend.

We were very disappointed, mainly due to the area/location, and the size of the room. Staff were great, shower was really good. The area is quite sketchy as it is near penn station, so quite a few homeless, and lots of garbage. I guess the price reflects this, but it was a bit of a shock to us, since we didn’t really know the area. Other than that everything was good.

lobby perfume smell is very strong. Water pipes make loud noise when showering and AC is super loud. Just an older hotel with small rooms. If you just want a place to rest your head while in nyc then it’s good.

Great location. Rooms very small 2 people in a double bed is good 3 is no room for luggage. And the rooms that say view of Empire State Building are not accurate You have to go to the end of the in wall air and leave ok far right to see it Staff very friendly
