Was embarrassed when presented a bill for our breakfast. Staff did not give us our free breakfast coupons. Had to go to front desk to get them. Also we had to leave for North Carolina at 5 am. So we did not get breakfast that we paid for on Sunday, do I get refunded???
Lastly spotted 4 small ants on table between beds in room 236, reported that to front desk.
