Perfect stay
This hotel is wonderful from the moment the staff greets you warmly, to the lovely rooms, to the amazing food to the location! We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and we hope to return!
Very nice room
Check in was a breeze. Nice touch to provide a chocolate chip cookie at the time of check in. Loved the double cup coffee maker in the room. Accommodations were great. Ample parking available.
Great front desk
Front desk support during our visit was top notch. Brie was an EXCELLENT server at restaurant!
Had a great stay as usual
I had the usual great service I am accustomed to when I stay at the Binghamton Double Tree. The girl at the front desk was exceptionally nice, as were the bar wait staff. Food was very good, room clean and problem free. Would recommend to anyone going to the BInghamton area.

The hotel was very nice, big rooms and friendly staff. The pool and gym are in an attached building, and the pool is saltwater. I think it is the nicest pool I have ever been in. It is closed during aquatics classes for the health club, but this did not impact us. There is also a hot tub and sauna (in the locker room). Dinner at the bar was also good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant, although the full service restaurant didn't appear to be open. Overall a great stay.
