Overall, everything was clean tidy and smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean and the shower door was spotless.

An Overall Positive Experience
Valet parking option was a huge plus for us. The staff was friendly and the room appeared clean and was comfortable. We would certainly stay at The Double Tree Hilton West again.

The hotel is central to everything. Easy to navigate around the city either by walking or by transit. It was very quiet and clean and the staff were super friendly. Carlos and Sata from the time we stepped in the lobby up until the last day were just awesome. Sata (front desk) has such a great warm personality and Carlos (bellboy) went above and beyond. Also Daniel on the way out from Hilton honors was extremely nice and informative about earning and how to use points for future.

Property didn’t specify that rooftop access was for adults only. We had booked this hotel specifically to enjoy the view with our kids. Housekeeping left cleaning supplies in the room after cleaning and skipped cleaning the room one day.

The staff was amazing. Carlos at the elevator was very helpful. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant. The rooms are small but I guess that's NY. I wish the air was cooler than 68°but over all, I would definitely stay here again!!!

Don’t trust the pictures on this hotel looks nothing like it. The rooms are extremely small and I’m sure there were bed bugs The staff was really nice, the rooftop was not like in the pictures it look old and dated would definitely not stay here again
