This was second time staying at the Double Tree, as I travel to Hot Springs every quarter from Houston. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable; there was a disturbance one of the nights and the staff took care of it as soon as they could. Thank them for that.
Front desk was wonderful..she put me in the same room I had last time!

We have stayed at this property twice before. It was nice and clean but our room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait past the time of check in has well as others were waiting. Checked into out room was suppose to be a king bed and they gave us two queens which we did not say anything. Went to the pool and noticed the lack of maintenance to the pool itself. And only one ice machine working. Will probably not stay here again.

Very clean, quiet and restful.
Disappointing
Beautiful room. For the cost of a two day stay and not to have a free breakfast was disappointing. You charge for coffee even. Will make sure I stay at another hotel chain when traveling again.
