Clean,professional and friendly environment.
Not what I expected.
I booked a room with a balcony and it didn’t have one and ig was a handicapped room.
Pure excellence in service, cleanliness and facilities.
We stay at Double Tree every time we come to Hot Springs. Billy makes us feel like we’re special guests. I honestly can’t think of any improvement that could be made. It’s a wonderful place to stay. By the way, the cookies are amazing. Thanks for a great stay.
