I wanted to applaud the gentleman who was helping me at the premium client line.
He was very kind to me and provided great customer service which I will always remember. I would also like to applaud the two ladies who had bright smiles on the face whenever they greeted me.

My stay was terrific. The staff was so nice and accommodating. My room very clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider this hotel on my next visit to NYC which is next year.

Roads were closed and could not get to the entrance. Manager was wonderful and came and road in our car with us, had to go up a one way that was blocked off at other end to get there… was crazy especially at night. Then a 15 minute walk back from parking as well.
