Variance of staff service.
I came for business one night, reserved two rooms one for me and one for my co worker. I was told breakfast included but it wasn’t Staff in the evening are much better than those during the daytime. Rooms were clean and comfortable Elevator takes a long time to arrive.
Excellent Service
I wanted to applaud the gentleman who was helping me at the premium client line.
He was very kind to me and provided great customer service which I will always remember. I would also like to applaud the two ladies who had bright smiles on the face whenever they greeted me.
A Pleasant Experience
My stay was terrific. The staff was so nice and accommodating. My room very clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider this hotel on my next visit to NYC which is next year.

Cookies are awesome. Hotel is amazing value for price. The staff are awesome and very helpful. Hotel has everything you need and cleaning staff does a great job too! It’s a great hotel when your company is on a cost cutting mission. Elevators can be a bit of a wait sometime.
