We love staying at the Doubletree. It was our first time in San Francisco and we had a great experience from check in to check out. Great departing conversation with the sweet young woman at the front desk. We loved the restaurant there which we ate at twice. Both of our wait staff were great.The food was tasty and the hotel is beautiful.. We loved our stay there!

Was charged for breakfast even though while booking thru Expedia made sure breakfast was included for all 3 days for both rooms for family of 5.

The air-conditioning did bring the temperature below 22 although outside is 18. Property manager is not responding.
